By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
The Service collects input from people inside an organisation through interviews and facilitated sessions, uses automated processing to extract structured signals from what they said, and helps you organise that material into an insight report and a prioritised list of gaps. It is a professional tool for consultants, sold to businesses. It is not intended for consumers.
Accounts are individual to the consultant they are issued to. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You keep ownership of everything you upload or generate in the Service — briefs, transcripts, signals, reports and exports ("Your Content"). You grant us only the permission needed to host and process it in order to provide the Service.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you collect. That includes having a valid basis for collecting the material, telling participants what will happen to their contributions, and honouring any promise of anonymity or confidentiality you make to them. Where you promise anonymity, note that small participant groups can make individuals identifiable in aggregate output; deciding on a minimum group size before reporting is your responsibility, not ours.
The Service sends Your Content to third-party AI providers to produce extractions, summaries and drafts. See the Privacy Policy for who those providers are.
Everything the models produce is a draft. The Service is deliberately built so that a human accepts, edits or rejects machine output before it enters a report. You remain responsible for reviewing any material before you rely on it or pass it to a client, and for the professional advice you give.
Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. A Starter project is a one-off purchase in US dollars that raises one project's allowance to the numbers shown there; it does not renew. Practice subscriptions are charged monthly in US dollars, per active client project. Adding or archiving a client project changes the amount billed from the next applicable charge, prorated for the period in which the change occurs.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the transaction, provides customer service enquiries relating to payment, and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase in addition to these terms.
A free trial gives one project with a fixed allowance — five interviews read and one insight report written — at no charge, with access to the same interviewer, signals and report the paid plans use. Interview answers beyond the allowance are stored and remain unread until the project is upgraded. A trial carries no service commitment; we may limit how long an unused trial project stays in live storage, and will say so in advance. Promotional codes may be offered to selected users on separate terms stated at the time of the offer; they are not transferable and may be withdrawn or limited in number.
The Service is provided without a service-level agreement. It is maintained by a very small team, and we may take it offline for maintenance, upgrades or fixes. We aim to keep it available and to restore it promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we do not offer credits for downtime. If you need contractual availability guarantees for a client engagement, do not rely on the Service without agreeing those separately with us in writing.
You may cancel at any time. When a subscription ends or a payment is not completed, we do not delete your work. Your account keeps one project available to continue working in for three months; after that it becomes read-only too. Other projects become read-only immediately and remain available for export.
To keep the Service sustainable, projects that are read-only or inactive for an extended period may be moved from live storage into an archive. Archived material remains yours and remains retrievable on request; see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep it.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 6, that is used unlawfully, or where required by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to export your work.
We own the Service — its software, interface, method structure and documentation — and nothing in these terms transfers that to you. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss or corruption of data beyond our control. Our total liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Keep your own copies of anything you rely on. Export facilities are provided precisely so that your client deliverables do not depend on our continued availability.
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
